Add a sprinkle of frustration in dealing with restaurants that thought that gluten free and vegan were the same thing.
Complete the recipe with two more people who decided to team up to provide a service that was not available anywhere on the island…

What is Rhodes Gluten Free?
The place you were looking for: the first and only 100% gluten free café, eatery and shop on the island of Rhodes.
Our goal
We want to allow everyone to safely enjoy Greek delicacies, and good food in general, in their gluten free version. Whether you’re celiac or intolerant to gluten for any other reason, you will have the chance to taste and dive into Greek and International foods without having to worry about cross-contamination. Basically a dream come true for all the gluten free foodies out there!
